About Heiligman Condos

A native Hawaiian, our owner Bud grew up in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. He has lived in Oregon for more than thirty years, but he returns to Hawaii to visit family and friends as often as possible.

Having owned the condos at Valley Isle Resort since 1990, the Punalu'u cottage has been in his family since the 1970s. Bud is pleased to share these beautiful beachfront units with you, and he hopes that you enjoy your stay on the magical islands of Maui and Oahu.
